Ross Peterson
With over 30 years of insurance experience in the Silicon Valley, Ross focuses on protecting the interests of rental property owners and small businesses. Ross is licensed in several states and a principal of Willow Glen Insurance Agency. Through out the years Ross has continued to provide equal amounts of dedication to each of his clients. All while balancing a life at home with his wife, five children and two dogs.

Leyton Peterson
Leyton’s interest in insurance began at a young age. In fifth grade, he declared that his dream profession was a basketball player or an insurance agent. When his basketball career fell short he began working full-time as an insurance agent. Leyton’s experience lies in rental property, developing new accounts, project management, and communications with clients from start to finish. He can deal with last minute problems and provide the best solutions while always being readily available.
Account manager
Alieen Stamps
Aileen is an account manager at Willow Glen Insurance Agency. A veteran of the insurance industry, Aileen has been in the industry for over 28 years, with all of those years devoted to doing commercial and personal insurance. She is knowledgeable with an eagerness to find solutions for clients. She joined Willow Glen Insurance in 1994 and has grown to be an integral part of the team.
Aileen is married with two children and one daughter-in-law. Sadly, no pets at this time.

Zheri Hernandez
Zheri is an account manager with Willow Glen Insurance Agency. Born with insurance in her genes, Zheri began her insurance career early on, becoming the 6th person in her family to join the industry. With 10 years focused on commercial insurance, Zheri has worked with retail businesses, contractors, restaurants and manufacturing, eventually making her way to Willow Glen in 2018.
When not at work, she keeps busy spending time with her big family and adventuring around the Bay Area.

Sian Williams
Sian joined Willow Glen Insurance Agency in 2019 as an account manager and has proven herself as an essential representative. Sian has been in the insurance industry for over 22 years, with 7 of those years devoted to doing commercial insurance. She has a passion for helping and protecting families, a perfect fit in the insurance space where she takes her knowledge and passes it on to her customers, helping them protect themselves and their communities.
In her time off, Sian enjoys cooking, loves watching sports and spending time with family and friends. She is the proud mother of two amazing kids, her adorable Malitpoo puppy and married to her high school sweetheart!
